Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional game development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Unity / Unreal Engine
  • C# or C++
  • JavaScript / TypeScript (for web-based games)
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, physics, and animations
• Experience developing 2D and/or 3D games
• Knowledge of multiplayer systems and real-time networking
• Experience optimizing game performance across platforms
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of cross-platform deployment (Web, Mobile, Desktop)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game features and mechanics
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring concepts to life
• Optimize performance and ensure smooth gameplay
• Integrate APIs and backend systems
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Ensure scalability and stability of the game
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online multiplayer or real-money gaming platforms
• Experience with RNG systems and game math logic
• Familiarity with iGaming or casino game development
• Knowledge of WebGL or HTML5 game development
• Experience with animation systems and particle effects
• Understanding of monetization systems and in-game economies
