We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, understands SEO best practices, and can collaborate effectively with designers and marketing teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • PHP (preferred for WordPress)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly websites
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization
• Knowledge of SEO best practices (technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals)
• Experience with website migrations and 301 redirects
• Familiarity with hosting environments and domain management
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools
• Basic knowledge of security best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and landing pages
• Implement responsive and optimized designs
• Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Implement SEO recommendations (schema, metadata, redirects)
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs
• Perform regular website maintenance and updates
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or high-competition industries (e.g., iGaming, SaaS, Tech, Real Estate)
• Experience with custom theme development
• Familiarity with React / Vue (optional)
• Experience with headless CMS
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Experience with staging-to-live deployments
